Pratik Hosiery is an international Apparel Manufacturing company in strong expansion and considers it of the most importance to assume the responsibility of all of its activities in India, as well as in the rest of the world. For this reason, Pratik Hosiery firmly demands the fulfillment of its Code of Conduct with all suppliers, factories and other organizations that collaborate in the production of their garments. Our principles, always in accordance with rules and applicable local legislation, guarantee decent labour conditions for the workers, as well as commitment to the protection of the environment.

Forced labour and child labour
Pratik Hosiery will not use forced labour in our production centres and other processing units. In addition, the use of child labour in the production of any kind of product is strictly prohibited.
Discrimination
We shall not apply any type of discrimination based on race, gender, creed, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability and/or union membership or political affiliation.
Working hours
The working hours shall be in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Harsh or inhumane Treatment
All employees have to be treated with dignity and respect. Under no case shall physical force, sexual or physical harassment.
Salary payment
Wages paid to employees meet at least the minimum wage or the collective bargain agreement, whichever is higher.
Safe and hygienic working conditions
Employees may have a safe and healthy work place, with proper conditions of light, ventilation, hygiene, fire prevention, security measures and access to a drinking water supply.
